The branch is the first new builder’s merchant to open in Aberdeen for over a decade. The 3.2acre site with a 26,000sq. foot warehouse is situated in a prime city centre location at the old Keyline Site in Miller Street, Aberdeen.
The branch is designed to be a one-stop shop to the local people of Aberdeen City and the surrounding areas in Aberdeenshire, offering a wealth of expertise, an extensive range of products and great access with a 26T Curtain Sider with Forklift Offload, two 26T Crane Offload vehicles, 3.5T Curtain Sider and 3.5T Pick Up.
MKM Aberdeen will welcome trade and retail customers to showcase a wide range of building essentials, offering Timber, Sheet Materials, Joinery Products, Building Materials, Roofing, Landscaping, Electrical and Plumbing & Heating as well as Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom with free delivery for the city and shire.
MKM Aberdeen will have a fantastic shop range with merchandise covering all trades. The branch also offers a range of services including roofing take offs and 3D design services for kitchens.
The outlet is part of the MKM’s ambitious expansion plans, which have taken on significant momentum over the past few years. Fast-growing MKM has added 15 new branches to its network in just over two years making Aberdeen the 65th branch, with 3 more planned this year.
