We are a family run company established for over 25 years and are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Assistant working from our Birstall branch.
Working as part of a small team your duties will include, but aren’t limited to, serving on the trade counter, taking telephone orders, dealing with customer enquiries and advising them where need be, maintaining stock levels and supporting the warehouse to ensure goods go out on time.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate exceptional skills in customer service; you also need to be friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, hard-working and enthusiastic. As well as been able use your own initiative and be computer literate.
Technical knowledge of window and door hardware is desired however isn’t essential, enthusiasm to learn however is.
Full driving license is also needed.

The role is full time Monday – Friday.
