Celuform stockist launches new London store

When Martin McEwan opened his first builder’s merchant in the heart of South East London, he had no doubt that the products he wanted to supply would be top of the range.

When it came to PVC-UE roofline and window-line products for his new store, Martsbuild Ltd on Montpellier Avenue in Bexley, he opted for Celuform.

Following a career in the building supply trade, particularly with installing and selling PVC-UE building plastics, Martin launched his business in March 2015.

He said, “As a new independent trader I want customers to recognise that we only stock quality products. Customers who want a first-class job want the top standard products to reflect that.

“I stock Celuform because it’s the best. It has been around a long time and is a well-known name with a high quality reputation.”

Established in 1972, Celuform has gone from strength to strength and is now regarded as a pedigree for the specification market both in the UK and in Europe.

Martsbuild is based in an affluent area of London where not only is there on going new-build construction work, but many home owners can afford to improve their property.

He added: “There’s very few streets of houses here that don’t have a skip in the drive or scaffolding around the property which goes to show residents have the money available to upgrade their homes regularly.

“Hopefully my business will succeed in this climate and as more and more builders, window installers and home owners visit the store they will return time and again for the top brands we have on offer.”

Celuform sales and marketing director Simon Reynolds said: “Martsbuild is a business that is starting off on the right foot. Owner Martin McEwan has a solid knowledge of the industry and he understands the need in his area for quality products.

“We look forward to a long relationship with this new business as it grows.”
