Yorkshire trade and retail fabricator City Glass Works has recently invested in three new pieces of fabrication equipment from automation specialists Haffner Murat Ltd. Neal Magee, the City Glass Works’ Director, said: “We needed to invest to aid our expansion and we knew from reputation and experience that Haffner Murat would be the right supplier to choose.”
City Glass Works has invested in an SBA-2 Machining Centre, an SVK-2 Corner Transom Cleaner and an SMR4 Four Head Welder. It was a significant investment for the company, but one that will give the required results. Neal explains: “Our investment will improve finished product quality, speed up our lead times and help us save on wastage, all things that are part of our plans to expand our business in the next few years.”
