UPVC Maintenance Supplies Ltd – the Yorkshire-based supplier of door and window hardware – has appointed a new Marketing Manager to help drive their business forward.
With over 12 years of marketing experience across a range of industries from both client and agency perspectives, Janet Webster joins the firm with the brief to design and implement a strategic marketing plan to increase customer engagement.
She says: “To me, marketing is far more than glossy brochures and whiz-bang websites. It’s about how you communicate with your audience, ensuring what you’re giving them is useful and relevant”.
Owner and Managing Director David Earnshaw adds: “Our position as one of the leaders in our field is of utmost importance to us and we are honoured to be seen as long-term partners by our larger customers, and as a trusted technical resource by others”.
Analysis and effectiveness are key criteria in the new plan being formed at UPVC Maintenance Supplies: incorporating on- and off-line tools to develop a cohesive strategy spanning the company’s main routes to markets. Key projects include an updated catalogue, refreshed website and widened Social Media engagement.
