L Pearce Home Improvements, an Epwin Window Systems’ installer, has just opened a stunning new showroom in a Grade II-listed building which was previously an old pump house in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales. The extensively refurbished building now showcases a wide range of Epwin Window Systems products including a selection of Optima PVC-U windows and doors, Stellar aluminium windows and doors and PatioMaster sliding doors. Taking centre stage is a 3.5 metre Stellar aluminium bifolding door which opens up to a kitchen bar area, demonstrating the open plan appeal that bifolding doors deliver.
Despite the building’s historical heritage, the showroom has been purposely refurbished with a modern contemporary interior that has a fresh open appeal and complements the cutting-edge products on display. Its opening marks the next stage of the company’s impressive three-year growth which has seen the business develop from a one man start up to a successful, established installation business.
While the business has flourished due to the upturn in the domestic market as a result of the pandemic, founder Luke Pearce is clear that the products from Epwin Window Systems have played a crucial part. He said: “We have been fitting Optima and Patiomaster products since we started the business and introduced the Stellar aluminium range to our portfolio nine months ago. The aesthetics of the products is second to none and offer huge appeal to homeowners. Similarly, the quality and reliability of the products allow us to fit with confidence knowing we are not going to get any call backs. This protects our margins and our reputation.”
The showroom, which opened in January 2022, exudes quality at every level. Luke said: “As soon as customers drive up to the building there is an immediate wow factor. This opens the business up to a different demographic of customer and starts a first-class customer journey. Once inside, the showroom demonstrates the vast range and diversity of our offer in a clean, contemporary environment. This design approach was quite deliberate and capitalises on current design principles towards smoother, cleaner
lines and less cluttered living. We are delighted with the end result and it’s proving very popular with customers both existing and new.”
L Pearce Home Improvements is one of North Wales’ specialist installers of high-quality PVC-U and aluminium products. All products are manufactured by Heritage Trade Frames, a longstanding Epwin Window Systems fabricator.
