Telford-based Gemini Windows and Doors has announced the appointment of Steve Miller as their new Retail Sales Manager.

Steve, who has been in the window industry for the past 15 years, brings a wealth of knowledge to Gemini. He will be heading up the company’s ambitious expansion plans to increase retail sales by £1.5m over the next 12 months, by using his marketing experience to increase the website presence and engaging in a new local advertising strategy.

Steve said: “I’m really excited about joining Gemini, the products are second to none and lead the way in innovation and customer service which is vital in today’s competitive double-glazing market.”

Steve started his career in window manufacturing and progressed through production management, trade sales, and senior retail management in a similar company in the North East of England.

“My new role is varied but chiefly I’m heading up Gemini’s continuing growth in the Shropshire area by increasing the current sales leads and recruiting more staff to grow the installation team.”
