Bison Frames Launches The Full WarmCore Range

, PVCu

Bison Frames is well known for its high-end manufacturing methods on PVC-U windows with a long-established reputation for vertical sliders, but the company is pleased to announce that it is also growing its aluminium division with the addition of WarmCore patio doors to its existing range of WarmCore windows and bi-folding doors.

Mark Tetley, Director of Bison explains: “We’re extending our WarmCore range of products because there is an increasing demand for high-end windows and doors. As with the rest of our Genesis Collection range of products, we offer a high-end approach to the manufacture of the industry’s most popular products, and WarmCore is one of them.

“WarmCore already offers all the premium style, strength and versatility of aluminium, with the energy efficiency of PVC-U, but at Bison we up the ante and give our customers an even better version of this already impressive product. We do this by Graf-welding it for quality and precision.”

“It’s not always an easy transition for PVC-U fabricators to add aluminium to their offering,” adds Martyn Howarth, Director of Bison, “because it’s a completely different material and manufacturing process. As well as a completely different market. We thought long and hard about adding the material to our portfolio and had been watching the market and researching options for a long time. When we saw WarmCore we liked it and had a light bulb moment as to how we could make it better with our Graf-welding expertise.

With our unique approach and specialism in precision engineered products, we’re well positioned to support our customers in the aluminium sector as well as PVC-U, and with WarmCore windows, patios and bi-folding doors all part of the range, our installers have access to a complete range of high-end windows and doors – all with the Bison difference and quality assurance.”
