The award winning frameXpress customer won the contract to design and build a variety of houses and apartments for Birmingham Municipal Housing Trust, which included eleven houses and eleven apartments for the project worth around £1.6 million in total.

On this particular project, casement windows and balcony doors were all manufactured in slate grey FS70mm system to meet the architect’s design specifications. frameXpress advised on style, product performance and colour matching for the overall finished appearance, with all composite front doors from the range sprayed to match the foil of the windows and balcony doors.
Holland Street is located in the quiet suburb of Sutton Coldfield and offers tenants modern, open plan living as well as easy access to shops and buses being a 2 minute walk from the town centre. The site includes retirement housing ranging from two bedroom apartments to spacious four bedroom family homes.
