To cope with the increasing demand for frameXpress products, senior management has made further substantial investments in new machinery. This continues its commitment to quality manufacturing and bolsters the company’s business potential.

Two new machines have been installed at the company’s main office in Telford. These include a Pertici FC102AP Copy Router, within the Composite Door section, which will be used for routing out profile to fit locks.

Also installed is a Combination Milling Machine within the Glass Department which will be used for milling 50mm and 25mm astragal bars.

These recent addition – the third machinery investment in as many years –complements the existing portfolio of equipment and enables the company to broaden its range, cope with extra demand and boost sales as it targets a growing share of the market.

Ian Davis, Sales Manager comments, “the new machinery will help to speed up efficiency for existing customer requirements, but will also enable frameXpress to further expand its product portfolio.

Both machines complement the existing equipment which is all central to our long-term plans. We are seeing a strong order intake this year, across all our departments both commercially and in the domestic sector so this investment ties in perfectly to the overall strategic goal of growth.”

Both pieces of equipment, will increase flexibility and energy efficiency which all combined will mean shorter production lead times for customers
