Eurocentrum Office Complex, a modern office complex located in Warsaw (Poland), is just about to be finished. The first part of the facility was commissioned in June 2014 and tenants will start moving in to the other part of the building at the beginning of 2016. In the first part of the complex high quality façade glass manufactured by PRESS GLASS was used.

The design was developed by the Polish architectonic company PRC Architekci. The design stands out with the multidimensional open-work façade, facing Al. Jerozolimskie and large glazing manufactured by PRESS GLASS with carefully combined aluminium, stone and steel elements.

“Practically all panes used in the investment, including e.g. façade glass and internal glazing apart from fire glazing, were produced at our facilities”, informs the producer that is specialised in manufacturing panes for the construction sector.

Eurocentrum Office Complex has overall 15 storeys and is one of the most modern facilities of this type. With the applied architectonic, technological solutions and top quality of materials, the office building is friendly to the natural environment which is confirmed with the A+ energy certificate.

The investment has been developed in stages. In June 2014 the first stage was completed with the commissioning of the Beta and Gamma buildings. The next building – Delta – is just about to be finished and most probably the first tenants will move in at the beginning of 2016.

Overall the complex will offer almost 70 000 m² of office space. The group of tenants includes for instance Unilever, Randstad Polska and Comarch.
