Whiteline Launch Revival System

, Windows

One of the highlights of the recent Fit Show was fabricator Whiteline’s display on the stand of their extrusion partner, Liniar. They revealed their latest ‘bright idea’ – the exclusive new Revival System of windows and doors. This latest innovation has the great looks and detailing of traditional timber, delivered with all the benefits of modern, secure, low maintenance and energy efficient materials. “It’s the first unique, totally bespoke window suite developed by a fabricator – from cill to sash” is how Whiteline Director of Operations Peter Hand proudly describes it. “For our customers, Revival System delivers innovative, exclusive products full of great features, that no-one else can offer and that end users will definitely want to buy.”

Revival System is a uniquely stylish combination of frame, sashes, cill and composite doors that can revive the looks of any property. The 85mm, deep yet slender profile frame is common to both windows and doors and based upon a unique, 7 chamber PVCu design for optimum strength and thermal performance. Classic, deep sculptured edge detail is reflected in mechanically jointed transoms and mullions that replicate the look of traditional mortise and tenon joints.

There is a range of 4 distinctive sash styles to choose from, that each complement the frame. A 6 chamber SlimSASH profile means less sash but more glass and lighter rooms, whilst regular chamfered or sculptured sashes are also available. But the key sash option is the slim new, 4 chamber, FlushSASH profile. This incorporates an exclusive new deep bottom rail with mechanical joints, to bring traditional style right up to date. Each sash option can be finessed by the addition of conventional timber hardware, such as a working stay and peg, to enhance the look and feel of the windows in the room.

The frame and sash combination sits atop a bespoke new 50mm thick, 163mm wide, deep cill that can only be used with Revival System components.  The cill design matches the section of old style timber cills, including an authentic throat drip detail.

Whiteline’s new composite doors are fitted into the Revival System 85mm, strong, narrow frame to enable the full slab width to be used, giving widest possible door openings and easy access. Sleek toplite features can be readily created by mechanically jointing the outer frame and transoms, without needing to couple separate frames. The door leaf is hung on butt hinges, rather than flag hinges, which all goes to create a great traditional overall look.

“As a fabricator, at Whiteline we believe it is vitally important to offer unique, feature rich, bespoke products that set our customers apart and help them to sell more successfully”  says Peter Hand. “The Revival System has involved a major investment in designs, development, dies and production tooling but the positive response at and since the show, from customers and competitors alike, suggests that we have spent wisely.”

Peter defines the target consumers for the new range as “The Revival System is aimed at all homeowners who want to revive the look of their properties, replicating yesterday’s style today. For those with old, rotting original timber windows and doors and who want to buy stylish yet affordable, modern replacements, here is the perfect option for them. Whilst occupants of homes where they have had to put up with unsympathetic, replacement windows, can now fit stylish, traditional, more appropriate designs that will really enhance their home. It’s a persuasive opportunity.”

The complete Revival System range and options will be available to order for shipment from September and is part of the exclusive PlatinumNRG retail offering for Whiteline customers. To find out more visit www.RevivalSystem.co.uk and sign up for information and the brochure download.
