SAINT-GOBAIN BUILDING GLASS CELEBRATES SECOND WIN YOUR WINDOWS BACK COMPETITION WINNER

, News

A couple from Bognor Regis have become the second winners of the Win Your Windows Back competition from Saint-Gobain Building Glass, winning over £6,000 to cover the cost of their new Planitherm windows.

After spending £6256.20 replacing all the upstairs windows of their home, as well as glass in their front and back doors, with Planitherm Energy Standard glass, the couple were encouraged to enter by local Planitherm installation company, Wayne Windows.

The couple commented: “When we chose who to have for our windows I wanted a company that fitted the best materials and the fitting to be carried out by a company with an established and good reputation.”

Darren Wayne, owner of Wayne Windows, said: “As a Saint-Gobain Glass supplier, we’re pleased to be able to always recommend the highest quality energy glass available on the market. We always encourage our customers to enter the Win Your Windows Back competition as it’s such a fantastic competition and we’re sure the winners will be very
pleased with their prize.”

Nathan Court, Sales and Marketing manager for Sternfenster commented: “Partnering with Saint-Gobain and making the most of the Plantherm network to support our customer base is really important to us. As a fabrication company its great to see our customer Wayne Windows and their customers benefitting from the Win Your Windows Back promotion.”

Saint-Gobain Building Glass is currently running its Win Your Windows Back competition quarterly, where entrants have the chance to win up to £10,000 towards the cost of new high-performance windows, to mark the launch of its revitalised Planitherm Network.

The first winner of the competition, Karen Bulmer from East Sussex, was so impressed with her new Planitherm windows that, after winning back the total cost of £3894, she has since chosen Planitherm installers from Heathfield Windows to fit a new front door, while her parents and their neighbours are also having new fascias and soffits installed through the business.

A key benefit of the Planitherm Network is the wealth of information on the website and access to sales and marketing tools to help fabricators and installers to start having different conversations with their customers and choose the right glass to meet their changing needs.

The Planitherm range has been simplified into three options: Energy Standard for maximum energy efficiency; Comfort, which also offers enhanced security, noise reduction and furniture fade protection; and Comfort Plus for all these benefits plus solar control for sunny rooms.

Since the beginning of the Planitherm Network campaign in January, total vetted members have risen from 369 to 388, while the number of users logging into the Network portal has increased from 12 per month to an average of over 100 per month.
